If housing is exiting from councils – what of education?
Affirmative local voting on capital proposals; bond issue & council tax supplement to cover interest.
Repatriate business rates to the jurisdiction.
Remove all planning and other ‘appeal’ channels.
Remove all ‘second guessing ‘powers on – e.g. - school closure, traffic crossings, flood prevention, and countless other matters!
